We've structured our web hosting plans to suit everybody's need for hosting, without having to over pay. And don't worry, after purchasing a web hosting plan, you can easily up or downgrade at any time.

Free Website Migration:
Going through the trouble of moving your website from one hosting provider to the other can be a great decider in whether you want to move in the first place. We take out all the pain in this by assisting 100% of the way, from moving the files from the previous host, to ensuring your site is working as it was.

Softaculous & Website Builder
Softaculous is a 1-click install application giving you instant easy access to install over 200 different website scripts, including blogs, content management systems, shopping carts, forums, image galleries and billing software, all of which are completely free to use! More information can be found here. If you prefer to design your website yourself, you have a website building application available to you. RVSiteBuilder Pro allows you to either create a static website from scratch, or choose from over 750 pre-designed website templates for you to build upon. Both Softaculous and the website builder are available from inside your cPanel control panel.

24/7 365 technical support is of course provided as standard. If you need to contact support you can either click on the live chat button (live support is not 24/7) or by submitting an online support ticket from our online helpdesk.

Our Servers & Network
To guarantee stability and smooth running, our fully owned servers run on a minimum spec of Quad Core processors and 4GB RAM with RAID protected hard drives. These are run from BlueSquare Maidenhead, a UK data centre situated just outside London. The data centre is supported by N+1 redundant UPS power supplies, backup generators and our servers are connected to a redundant, low latency network with multiple upstream providers.

Domain Names
Don't have a domain name yet? No problem! Have a look at our Domain Checker to register domain names from £3.99 per year. If you already own one, you can easily transfer it to us, or just change the DNS so your domain points to our hosting. If you have any problems, let us know. Once your hosting account is set up, you can easily add more domain names to it from within your control panel - without you having to purchase another hosting account!
