Qu: Do I need to know how to run my VDS?
No, not in the slightest! Our servers are fully managed, meaning we take care of everything. You're given access to WHM, the reseller control panel where you can create an unlimited number of hosting accounts.

Qu: Can I have root access?
Although we prefer to retain root access and strongly advise against you using it, we can allow you root access. After all, it is your server. However we will be unable to provide an SLA (Service Level Agreement) as we're unable to guarantee the smooth and secure operation of your server, as well as access to our DNS cluster.
