KSP Data centre Outage (Resolved)

Affected Server: web02.markethosting.net : 91.204.208.96 : Power Outage

We are currently aware of this issue and are waiting to hear back from the data centre in regards to the fault and the expected resolution time.

Please submit a support ticket to receive updates on the situation. However this annoucement message will also be updated as soon as we know more.

09/12/09 14:15 Update:

Power has been restored to the UPS units, although the two rooms have had to be split onto their own seperate systems. As a result the UPS are throwing a bypass not available problem. The UPS manufacturers are onsite who are going to resolve this by removing the parallel cards from both sides. Update from KSP Data centre.

Units are now operation and racks are being powered back 1 by 1.

Power has been restored to the data centre and the server is now fully operational. Please contact us if you experience any issues.

We sincerely apologise for the problems this has caused you and will send all clients the RFO (Reason For Outage) report when we receive it.
